New to yoga and looking for a beginner-friendly class? Our beginner classes are truly designed for those who have never done yoga. Join us: 

Level 1 classes on Mondays at 8am, Wednesdays at 6pm

Healthy Aging on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8am.
