Open to all yogis with 2 years of consistent practice, who are free of major injury. If you are not a current student at Yoga on the Hill, please contact Erin at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Join Erin for a beautiful autumn weekend of yoga, local food and good company. Let's head to Vermont in October to refresh and renew! Our yoga practice will be slow and exploratory, Erin encourages all levels of yogis to attend and devote a weekend to their love of the practice.
Good Commons is a lovely retreat inn, a former country store attached to a renovated home. It is an ideal Vermont location in Okemo Valley (halfway between Killington and Okemo ski resorts) for enjoying mountains and lakes, hikes and swims, breathing and leaf-peeping (or reading and napping, if that's what you need!). We will have the entire inn to ourselves (check here for a floor plan).
A chef will prepare all meals, using the best Vermont ingredients...local and mostly organic. You can let Erin know when you register if you need special dietary considerations. There's a hot tub, great lounging spaces at this inn that's nestled into the rolling green mountains.
