This eight week session is for students who are overweight or obese. These classes are open to all new students who are curious about yoga, but have struggled to find a class that feels comfortable. In this accepting environment, we'll practice beginner-level yoga to get friendly with our bodies and to feel at home in a yoga class. Email Erin with any questions: firstname.lastname@example.org.
