Yoga on the Bosu Ball

You MUST BYOB (bring your own Bosu), I will not have one for you!
You need to be able to balance without holding onto a wall or ledge to attend.
A Bosu adds an intriguing aspect to practicing balance, as it supplies us with an unstable surface. What is relatively simple on the stability of the floor, gets a dose of unpredictability. This unpredictability is good movement for our bodies and minds...you'll catch your muscles unaware, you'll bring intelligence to nerves that rarely fire, you'll find new focus in postures you thought you had figured out.
Please bring your Bosu (I will not have any to lend). You can purchase one online, scout yard sales and craigslist, you can see if any of your fitness friends can lend you one. It's a good addition to your home movement practice, and a worthy investment as an alternative sitting tool.
