Open to all yogis with at least one year of consistent yoga practice

Winter rings with a particular tone for our yoga practice: contemplative, internal, held close to our best intentions for living well. Join Erin for a five hour in-studio retreat to explore how a day of devotion to the practice can quietly transform and sustain our efforts in yoga. This five hour practice will include:

Active yoga asana
Self-massage with therapy balls
Restorative yoga
Pranayama (breath techniques)
Yoga Sutra discussion
Mantra and chanting

Please pay in full to register. Note: lunch is not provided, though you are welcome to have lunch in the studio.
