The ultimate unwind! Self massage using therapy balls will work out the kinks, knots and snarls from your muscles....restorative poses will deeply rest, restore and revive your mind!
This 90 minute class with Erin will return you to a place of balance and clarity by facilitating both muscular and mental release. Stress builds up...this practice will remove it.
Due to the deep nature of the self-massage work, this class is open yogis with a current year of consistent practice. Please, no acute injuries nor brand new yogis.
