A Bosu adds an intriguing aspect to practicing balance, as it supplies us with an unstable surface. What is relatively simple on the stability of the floor, gets a dose of unpredictability. This unpredictability is good movement for our bodies and'll catch your muscles unaware, you'll bring intelligence to nerves that rarely fire, you'll find new focus in postures you thought you had figured out.
