Embodied Alignment: Elements of walking will use the Nutritious Movement method to explore how our bodies move (or don't move!) in walking. Open to all levels, no experience necessary, but get ready to look at the details of mobility!
We'll examine our gait patterns, our weak spots and our how our daily habits contribute to how we walk. A focus will be given to balance, footwear and the strength and mobility of the lower body.
You will leave with some tactics for moving more, getting stronger and walking happily for all your years! An optional 90 minute walk is offered after class.
