Sunday Sadhana: Sensing the Psoas

Join Erin for a long-format, slow and deep Sunday practice! With plenty of time to languorously wind our way through the class, we will explore self-massage, asana both strong and soft, and a good, long savasana. With the season of celebration upon us, schedule this retreat into your December to support your connection to your yoga. Our focus will be on sensing our psoas muscles.

This 2.5 hour class is open to level 2 yogis and to yoga teachers. Inversions and backbends will be practiced. You must pay to register by December 13 as a minimum class size is set. Cost is $40.
