The sweet practices of yoga are intended to bring you to a deep state of rest and relaxation. We'll use the technique of self-massage (using rubber balls and a soft inflated ball) to roll out tight corners. We'll mobilize in some basic postures what we awakened through massage. Lastly, we'll set up a couple of restorative poses (resting poses that are supported greatly with props) to find our way towards a quiet mental state. The sweet practices of massage, gentle movement and restorative are combined into a sublime treat for worried minds, jangled nerves and tense muscles.
