Myofascial Unwind: a pop-up series!
2 Thursday afternoons: May 24 and 31
4pm - 5:30pm
This will be a class aimed at unwinding myofascial (muscular and fascial) habits of tension. We'll use a variety of balls for self-massage, and some movements and yoga poses to assess these habits and how they change. This self-massage technique can be both intense and healing, so this class is open to yogis with at least 2 years of consistent class attendance (any teacher, and any style).
You can attend any or all dates, but your pre-registration is required! You can either pay online, or email me to pay in studio. Each class will run if there are at least 3 registered students. Please register by the previous Wednesday. Pre-registration is required, so I know if the class will run!
May 24: feet, ankles, calves and knees
May 31: upper back, shoulder and arms
