Sadhana is the Sanskrit term for a devoted practice. As yogis, this practice is one of movement, breathing and deep internal focus. Let a long morning of practice renew your devotion and love for your yoga!
We will touch many corners of our yoga: active asana, deeply restful restorative, pranayama, self-massage and maybe a little chanting! We will go slowly to enjoy the unfolding of our sadhana. Open to yogis with prior experience with inversions and backbends.
