Sadhana is the Sanskrit term for a devoted practice. As yogis, this practice is one of movement, breathing and deep internal focus. Let a long morning of practice renew your devotion and love for your yoga!
We will touch many corners of our yoga: active asana, deeply restful restorative, pranayama, self-massage and maybe a little chanting! We will go slowly to enjoy the unfolding of our sadhana. Open to yogis with prior experience with inversions and backbends. Our theme for the practice will be developed as the date approaches.
