Summer Strength Series

5 Saturdays, July 13 to August 10

8-9am

Open to experienced yogis, free of acute injury

$75 for the 5 week series, full registration only

Join Erin for a Saturday series to work through intelligent strengthening sequences! Each week, we’ll give focus to specific movements and areas. Rather than poses, we focus on the actions within poses. Weekly themes will include: Glute Camp, Shoulder Salvation, Core Forevermore, Amp the Arms, Lat Attack, Twist and Shout. Join to move smart and hard, open to all who are able to weight bear on their upper body (all fours, dog pose, plank pose, etc). Inversions are not included, so this is open to strong level one students, as well as level two and yoga teachers.
