Yoga on the Hill
Don't practice yoga for yoga's sake. That is, the world doesn't need another perfect downward dog. Practice yoga to further yourself on the path of being a kinder, more open and fully functional human being. This path can begin with opening a pair of stubborn hamstrings, but if your hamstrings are loose, and you're a misery to be around, then yoga hasn't yet begun.
